Get inspired by My Happy Place

If you have read some of my posts, you know, I am all about being positive and bringing happiness into our lives. I try to inspire as I get inspired by you.

We have now entered the time that is all about Happiness, Joy, Inspiration, Love. This is the time which brings us closer together. Makes us appreciate all that we have and all that we are. It’s also the time of presents. Make presents special, so that the people will know and feel what they mean to you. Inspire them, make them happy, help them grow!

Inspiration Journal My Happy Place Kids Family Confidence Self-esteem

If you are looking for the perfect, very special and valuable gift to give to your kids or your friends kids, your nieces and nephews, you are in the right place. For I just might have it!

A truly overall very inspirational Journal My Happy Place.

When I first saw it, I couldn’t help but to fall in love with it. I love inspirational, romantic drawings, so they immediately caught my eye. I showed it to my daughter and well, she loved it.

Here are some glimpse of the journal’s wisdom:

As soon as I opened the journal, it became clear to me, that this journal is not only for our kids but could teach me a few things as well! Tell me, when was the last time you asked yourself what makes you smile? What makes you happy? Know the answer? A chance to rediscover your inner child!

My daughter couldn’t wait to come from school and start writing down her thoughts in the journal. Homework? Just has to wait as for My happy place came first! What does she love the most about herself? Here are the first two answers:

Smile and long hair;). How about you? Think of the four things you LOVE about yourself!

As the time of Christmas approaches, we all need to stop and think of all the things we have in our lives. Things we are thankful for, grateful for. Why not teach your child to recognize this things, moments. They will be raised with more awareness and a sense of appreciation. Journal has a tree of gratitude and as the little bird sings, there’s always something to be grateful for.

Do you remember what your dreams and wishes were when you were a child? With this journal, your kids can write or draw their dreams and wishes upon a star and dream clouds. This way, they will have a reminder for the days when they grow up and maybe for a little time lose their way..

My daughter has three big dreams: to become a singer, to become great painter (which by the way I think really is her future) and fashion designer (you should see what has she created so far – by the age of 7!).

And a little reminder, again not just for our kids, to give a hug and say I LOVE YOU every day!

My Happy Place is so much more than just a journal. It really is a path to self-discovery for your kids and you just might rediscover yourself along the way.

Not only it has beautiful, inspirational pictures but also inspirational quotes. One of my favourite is “Gratitude waters our soul and cultivates our happiness”.

The questions are thoughtful and will make your kids think about themselves in a more profound way. They may ask for your help but that is a part of the journal’s process. It has a tendency to bring the whole family together.  What would your answer be on “Ways I can help my community?” It makes you think and see the important things in life.

There are some fun activities along the way, like exercises to get your heart pumping and spending time in nature.

But really, I cannot tell you EVERYTHING about this journal, although I am super exited to write this review! I have to leave you in anticipation and give you a chance to discover the real magic of My Happy Place yourself.

This really is a very special gift, and I’m sure that anyone who will receive it, will live a happier life, love themselves more, believe in themselves, believe in their dreams, give more to the community, respect the nature and acknowledge and appreciate everything surrounding them.

So, without further ado, I give you My Happy Place:

We received the journal in order to make a review. Opinions are my own and as you can see, we really love it!You can find out more about the authors here

  1. This is such a lovely idea. I must say I have just struggle to find 4 things that I love about myself, I have always been unreasonably critical of myself. Perhaps something like this would help. I like that it includes a section for helping others. That is just as important in my mind.

  2. Oh what a lovely idea! As part of my anxiety therapy I had to keep a happiness journal, and it really did make me feel more positive. I often think back to it and think I should start one up again. Love the idea that this is prefilled with questions to help our little ones! Thanks so much for linking this up to #DreamTeam 🙂

  3. What a lovely idea to inspire kids and help them to realise how much they have to be thankful for in their lives
Thanks for linking up to #AnythingGoes 🙂

  4. I love the thought of a happy or gratitude journal for little ones. I write a weekly gratitude list on my blog and would love to have a way to introduce the concept of gratitude to my little ones in a very simple and straightforward way like this. Great review, thanks for sharing it on #MarvMondays. Emily
