The Naked truth 4: about #Life

This may not be the naked truth post as you are used to from The naked truth 1, 2 and 3 , still I’m keeping it in the series while some of you might not agree on everything I’ve written here. But I want this post to be inspiration, motivation, something that gives you a deeper perspective on life, on how we live it.

This may not be the naked truth post as you are used to from The naked truth 1, 2 and 3 , still I’m keeping it in the series while some of you might not agree on everything I’ve written here. But I want this post to be inspiration, motivation, something that gives you a deeper perspective on life, on how we live it.

LIFE. In it’s all forms and sizes. Life – for some a blessing, for some the path of redemption, for some a struggle. Non the less, we all have to live it as we best know how. Begins with a miracle of conceiving and birth, ends with the peacefulness of death. What happens in between – life writes.

STORIES of success, stories of failure, stories of happiness and those of sadness, stories of joy and those of pain. They are our stories. Our worlds within the World, our lives within the Universe. No story has ever been alike any other, but that doesn’t make the other less worth, wrong or without reason.

Stories make us UNIQUE, they make us strong, they are our lessons we need to learn. Some cross other’s path, some start to run side by side, some may drift apart, some may add to another’s chapter. But your story is yours alone, it doesn’t work for anyone else, no matter how close they may be.

So, yes, the MIRACLE of life. Remember Forest Gump and what he said?

“Life is like a box of chocolate. You never know what you’re going to get.”

That’s exactly how it is. We’re unwrapping the chocolates one after another. With each to learn something new, no matter how bitter or sweet they are. You may come along and we unwrap one or two together. For you it’s sour, for me it’s sweet. But I’ll help you forget the sourness and encourage you to unwrap another. That’s my role in your story. Your role is to show me the other side of sweet I never would have seen if not for you. So, thank you my friend…

Remember that life MAKES us. I love this quote by George Bernard Shaw:

Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.

We don’t need to find ourselves, we need to create ourselves. Big difference! Because that gives me freedom to develop, freedom to create, freedom to change,…And creations – they change, they get better, they evolve, they grow with knowledge. That’s how we are, how we can live as Creations of life. Never get too caught up in a moment or in the feeling of being lost and not knowing your way. Open your eyes, life never stops, it is always showing you a way. A way you can create for yourself…

I know life can get tough. It can beat you to the ground and cover you with dirt. Leave you with nothing. Alone. TEST we often fail. Often people don’t believe in God or they curse life because it tests us in such a cruel way…Blaming others, not taking responsibility. But really, it’s us, all up to us. We are the creators and the creation and we need to fall in order to grow. We have the power to stand up again and become stronger. And it’s called courage – feel free to boost your courage with my poem COURAGE.

One of the most important things in life is wrapped up in this quote by Joseph Campbell:

We must let go of the life we have planned, so as to accept the one that is waiting for us.

Some may think, that this kind of thinking is irresponsible, lazy, immature. Why do we even plan? So that nothing unexpected can happen? So that we don’t fail? So that we succeed at everything? I don’t think that is how life works. Being the “planner”can mean being afraid of failure. Being afraid of being wrong. Being afraid of life. Caught up in plans, going against life, leaves us missing on the beauty of miracles, coincidences and fate.

I TRUST LIFE. I trust my dreams and desires, my heart, myself. I work hard and doing my best. I believe in life everything comes at the right moment. When we are ready for that next step. Life has given me loving parents, love, children, friends, acquaintances. I’ve learned a lot, seen a lot, experienced a lot. If I do have plans, I never hesitate to change them. To adjust and take the path of the unknown.

I will wrap up this post with quote by Confucius:

Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.

Do you agree?

And read the bold words in order as they are. Didn’t mean for it to happen but this is what happened:

LIFE WRITES STORIES!

UNIQUE MIRACLE MAKES CREATIONS OF LIFE!

TEST COURAGE and TRUST LIFE!

Remember, as many as there are people, so many the stories. As many the stories, so many the paths. As many the paths, so many the ways…So, my way or no way, really doesn’t cut it in life, right?

  1. A very deep and thought provoking post. Thank you! Whilst I sometimes hate the saying “Live every day like it’s your last” I understand its meaning but think you’ve captured it far better. Our life is our own and we need to own it and live it to the full. Thanks for linking #GlobalBlogging

  3. This is such a fab post! I really enjoyed reading this and I love the quote about not needing to find yourself but create yourself, because I feel like this is a philosophy of life for me, because I’m constantly trying to create myself and then improve myself – I never sort of think I need to find myself but maybe I sometimes need to reinvent, or develop myself, or even try something new!
